nest is known in the market for great quality – a reputation that we take very seriously.  Great care is taken in our product design, manufacturing, and selection.

IMPORTANT - Please note that SALE ITEMS cannot be returned or refunded.



RETURNS WITHIN NEW ZEALAND:
  
We will provide you with a refund or exchange for online purchases only under the following conditions (sale items non-refundable):
  • The goods must be in unused condition, in original packaging, with original labels and ticketing attached.
  • The goods must be returned to us within 21 days from date of purchase.
  • The original invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • Please note there are no returns or exchanges during sale periods.
Goods for return or exchange must be returned to nest within 21 days from date of purchase, to be eligible for a refund.  The refund, if approved, must be applied to the credit card of original purchase. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.  


RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping charges are paid for by the customer, and are not refundable.  Return Courier charges will be deducted from your refund credit. If you are returning goods for exchange/refund, please use the return label provided in your order, and contact the courier company for pickup, as detailed in the instructions.  If another method of return is used, nest takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.  

nest will refund the original shipping charges for items that are deemed faulty by nest. We are unable to accept return of on-line purchases through our warehouse store. 

RETURNS WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
Please contact us on Email customercare@nest-direct.com or call us +64 9 302 5704 to confirm return.
If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact the delivery provider to resolve any claims.

Goods can be returned for exchange or refund, no questions asked, but must be returned to us within 21 days of purchase and fulfill the follow requirements:
  • The goods must be in unused condition, in original packaging, with original labels and ticketing attached.
  • The original invoice number must be provided as proof of purchase.
You will need to arrange the return of the goods by courier to our NZ store:
35 Dacre St, Newton, Auckland, 1010, NZ
This courier is at your cost - Unless the goods are faulty.

The refund, if approved, must be applied to the credit card of original purchase.  Original shipping charges will not be refunded. 
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

NOTICE TO ALL NEST 2012 LIMITED GIFT VOUCHER HOLDERS
Nest 2012 Limited will cease trading on 3 September 2017.  Please redeem your gift vouchers by this date in our Dacre Street Store or through our website.  After 3 September 2017 gift vouchers will no longer be redeemable.
