Do you give refunds?

IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR GIVE REFUNDS FOR "SALE" ITEMS

Yes we accept returns of goods of all full priced items returned to our warehouse address, within 21 days of your receipt. For a refund these full priced goods must be in perfect condition, in original packaging, with all original ticketing attached.  Please note nest does not refund the original shipping charges unless the goods were faulty. Return Courier charges will be deducted from your refund credit.

How do I return an item?
We ship all orders with a return courier label, with instructions.  Fill in the returns and exchange form provided with all the details required, pack the goods up carefully in a suitable box, and use the label provided to address the package back to nest.  Contact the courier company for pickup.

Can I track my order on-line?
You can track your order via Courier Post website.

How much is delivery, and how long will it take?
Delivery of orders within New Zealand is $8.00 per order.  We estimate the following delivery times:
Auckland Metropolitan – next day delivery
Other cities – within 2 days
2-5 days for South Island or rural delivery.
Any delivery date given by us is our best estimate only, and nest cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery of your order.

Australian Orders:
Our standard delivery fee is NZ$75, however non-standard sized orders will incur an excess charge - we will contact you if this is the case.  Your order will be delivered by Toll Express Couriers.   Australian delivery will be made within 4-5 working days for major city centres and up to 10 working days for outside of these areas.  For very remote places in Australia a surcharge will apply. We will contact you directly to let you know if this is the case. Your order will not be accepted if the surcharge is not covered by you. 

Orders are subject to availability.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.  
We do not accept American Express or Diners.  No cheques, no cash.

Do you ship overseas?
We ship to NZ and Australia only at this stage.

Do you sell gift vouchers online?
